The timing is oh-too-perfect to watch the film Gravity (2013) by Alfonso Cuarón, starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney, especially since the world media is currently headlining the dramatic re-entry of the Gravity field and steady-state Ocean Circulation Explorer – GOCE (deriving from reports by The European Space Agency (ESA) .) Since re-entry is a relatively common happening that rarely is covered in the mass-media otherwise, I suspect some clever marketers have performed efficient media-manipulation, type “self-reinforcing news wave-“strategies to promote the movie.
